There are No steps from parking to this remodeled 3 bedroom 3 bath large condo. Everything is on one level inside the unit as well, this building is on “the point" so it has a great view! The pool is very close and is also no steps to get to. You'll love the Four Seasons walking trail, you can safely walk away from the road and enjoy the beauty of the Horseshoe Bend area. There is a great little neighborhood store a short walk away where you can find everything you need without having to go back to the mega store and deal with crowds.

The Charleston Condos are different, this low density complex only has 6 units per building - this is a different vibe than most condominiums. There are also other rentals, but you will feel welcomed. The bedrooms are all large and have beautiful trayed ceilings for added height. A recent remodel includes tile floors, new carpet, high end stainless appliances, new vanities and cabinets, and fresh paint. Each bedroom is large enough to accommodate an air mattress or pack and play. The porch can be totally enclosed of cooler mornings or evenings, and easily opened to allow the Lake breeze in. A 30' boat dock is included, and is protected. This is a central location for boating; you'll find a world of waterfront entertainment close by. This large 1500 square foot condo has NO steps from parking and is a great getaway for the summer. The unit is located on the point so it is as close to the water as you can get! Fishing is guaranteed to please and a 10 x30 boat dock is right by the unit. As I said, Charleston Condos are different, so you never get that “apartment” feel. You will quickly feel like you are at home during your stay. There is a dining table with seats for 6, and it is expandable to 8. This is not your typical cramped up condo where everyone is bumping into one another. The pool is a short walk away, again with no steps. I can’t technically say this is an ADA compliant handicap accessible property, but it is closer to qualifying for compliance than any other VRBO condo I have seen.

The pool area has large charcoal grills so you can grill up burgers and veggies while watching the kids swim. There is a great 8-mile walking trail that is very safe and secure right across the street, you can even take a very short walk to the neighborhood store that has everything from ice cream and homemade sandwiches for kids to wine and cigars for the adults! This is also a great option for when you realize you forgot that one ingredient for your recipe or you want to add something to your meal at the last minute. There is also very reliable and affordable food delivery ranging from Asian, Mexican, and Alley Cat’s Pizza at this location. Grocery delivery is also an option from Hy-Vee.

Tennis courts and local playgrounds are close by, you will have a secure card to access those. The condo is located in The Village of the Four Seasons, considered the "nicest" area at the Lake of the Ozarks. The condo has a full laundry room, and the layout is great for multiple couples and large extended families. The bedrooms are all oversize, so you can easily add a blow-up mattress or pack and play to any room. The second master bedroom already has a sleeper sofa in place. There are DVD players, Wi-Fi, and cable in each room. The large enclosed patio is great for those surprise chilly nights, and in warmer weather, it can be opened up completely for a great outdoor feel without any bugs! Book this condo with confidence, it will not disappoint. The owner/manager of the condo lives 3 minutes away, you will be pleased with the service you receive should you need it.
