Beautiful Lake View Lower Level Suite

This is a house where you get the entire basement level with it's own separate entrance.  Everything you see in the pictures is your alone to enjoy including the deck and the hot tub.   Please don't show up and expect an entire Lake house for this low price.  Read our reviews and understand you will have great privacy and enjoyment and an amazing Lake view as well.   The word shared seems to cause confusion.  The large living room and small kitchenette room is your alone.  The large bedroom with lake view is your alone.  The bathroom is your alone.  The lakeview deck is your alone.  The hot tub is your alone.   

This amazing space is more than just a room, you get the entire lower level in a wonderful Osage Beach lakeview home.  Even thought it is a lower level it is on a hillside so the views and open air and natural light are amazing!   The host upstairs will not bother you, you won't even know they are there.  You will be in your own little self contained world.  We have a high percentage of repeat visitor because people love the location and Lake view.  Located near mile marker 17. You get a private kitchenette, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and deck with a hot tub.  The hot tub is always on, no need to check on availlability.   There is a separate entrance for you to use anytime day or night.  There is also plenty of safe, off street parking on a dead end road.   A door locks between you and the upstairs for maximum privacy.  

Please note that the base price for this home is for 2 people.  If there are additional adults staying there will be a $25 per person fee for additional laundry and clean up.   Still an amazing bargain. 

Every morning enjoy a complimentary continental type breakfast (bagels, english muffins, etc) while you watch the sunrise on your private deck. You'll have everything you need to make this place home while you're here. Shampoo/essentials are provided, along with what you'll need to cook a wonderful meal, or you could use the grill on the deck. Have a picnic and play backyard tic tac toe. Snacks are provided as well. (peanut butter crackers, popcorn, candy, etc.) In the evening, enjoy the fire pit or the private secluded hot tub with a lake view. Don't forget to use the towel warmer. There is also a nice fireplace for those chilly nights at the lake. Wifi and cable included.  Enjoy the great lake views for a fraction of what renting an entire house would cost. 

Our property uses a streamlined check-in process, which means you’ll never need to waste time trying to meet up with someone to get your keys. Just follow the easy instructions we will send you 4 days before your arrival.

 

Cold breakfast served (bagels, English muffins, etc) and snacks (peanut butter crackers, popcorn, candy, etc.), private secluded hot tub with a lake view, picnic area with a fire pit, plenty of parking, fireplace, grill, kitchen with a cooktop stove and microwave, WiFi, cable, shampoo/essentials, towel warmer, washer/dryer, and a great lake view from every room. 

We have an air mattress we can set out for you if you need it. 
 

CHECK-IN is at 4:00 pm.
CHECK-OUT is at 10:00 am.

NO EARLY OR LATE CHECK IN/OUTS IN THE SUMMER.
If it's offseason, early check in/late outs need to be approved before you even arrive.
