The top floor gets you a vaulted ceiling and a large corner deck is perfect for grilling and enjoying cocktails. There is a waterfront pool and this complex is unique in that it has an indoor pool and hot tub as well. The hot tub and pool are not exclusive to this unit. Milemarker 12.
There is no boat slip. But there is a boat launch and trailer parking.
This is not a party condo, no loud noises, underage drinking, beer pong, frat parties, will be tolerated. You will be evicted and given no refund if there is a complaint!
Our property uses a streamlined check-in process, which means you’ll never need to waste time trying to meet up with someone to get your keys. Just follow the easy instructions we will send you 4 days before your arrival.
