Stunning view Lakefront with Boat Slip, hot tub

Your jaw will drop as you walk through the front door!  The size and layout of this home is not easy to explain, but trust me when I say it has more room than any other waterfront rental in Margaritaville.  The large gathering areas (3 separate living rooms) and 2 complete kitchens really let you spread out and enjoy the Lake; the home has a great flow to it.  I recently toured another 5 bedroom home in the estates and it was 5 bedrooms, tight hallways, and a small living room and kitchen.  This home is not like that, it is huge, and each level is just a half flight of stairs down from the others.   Your lake view is truly mesmerizing, you will love watching the boats go by both night and day and every single room has its own private deck!  There is a private lakefront hot tub that was just added to the lower deck.  There is a 10x24 boat slip in a very quiet, protected 12 slip dock close by that is great for swimming in safety.  It has great fishing, and you may use the kayak and canoe.  You will have to make arrangements for launching your boat and storing your trailer off property.  

This is a great Bachelor/Bachelorette party house for responsible groups.  Frat Parties and underage drinking will not be tolerated.  If security or the police is called you will be forced to leave and your trip will not be refunded.   

If you stayed at Casa Bella before (we don't call it that anymore) and liked it, you will love it now!  It went through a total remodel and has lots of new furniture, bright, cheerful colors, and a new feel-good, breezy style nautical theme.   The living room has an 18 foot 1940s wood frame canoe light fixture that is really cool!  The kitchen is new with new fridge and countertops.  There are 4 parking spaces and a complimentary golf cart to shuttle more cars to the overflow parking at the estates pool area.  Bedroom 1 has 3 full sized beds; each room has its own full bath.  Bedroom 2 has 2 full beds and a bunk bed.  Bedroom three has 2 full beds.  Bedroom 4 is a king with plenty of room for temporary beds.  Bedroom 5 is a king.  There are 2 sleeper sofas located in 2 of the 3 living rooms.

Tan Tar A Estates/Margaritaville Resort consists of 420 acres of scenic Ozark natural beauty.   There are eight restaurants from fast food to fine dining and seafood.   Escape and relax at the Windjammer Spa, a relaxing massage sounds nice, right? There is a swim up bar at Landshark, and a great kids pool at the Tiki Bar complete with food/drink service and a free outdoor waterslide.  If it rains, go to Jolly Mon Indoor Water Park located at Margaritaville.  For a very affordable fee you get over 600 feet of water slides,  an over-sized whirlpool, and a lazy river for tubing, activity pool, and floating.  You can also go bowling at the resort, the bowling alley has 8 lanes, 4 of which are set up for bumper bowling. The Fin City arcade is state of the art and kids can exchange tickets for prizes.  When the rain stops, go horseback riding or head to the full-service marina for everything from paddle boarding to PWCs, even rent a boat for the day!  (extra fees apply)  The Osage Beach location means there is plenty for the family to do close by and something for all ages.  

The area has many wineries, every dining option you could ask for,  many natural attractions like 2 state parks and multiple caves to explore.   You can float rivers, rent powerboats, and the iconic “Strip” at Bagnell Dam has entertainment for the whole family.   Trout fishing?  An easy 1 hour drive south will get you to a Blue Ribbon trout fishing park at Bennett Springs  that only costs 4 dollars a day to fish!   
A great food option with a relaxed vibe is The Landshark Bar and Grille, it is right on the water with a swim up bar and a sandy beach.    The menu is great, and of course you get to listen to Jimmy Buffett and his friends and watch their video performances. 

Close by (within a mile)  in Osage Beach you will find waterfront dining/swimming pool  service at Redhead Yacht club, waterfront Cajun dining at Shorty Pants.  Just a few miles away you’ll find an amazing  lakefront kid friendly pool experience at Dog Days and a more adult only pool at Backwater Jacks.
